Looking for a "standard" Windows 2000 Server Maintenance Plan

Hello All

I'm looking for a standard Maintenance plan for Windows 2000 file and application servers
You know the standard things like: how often to update your systems manually with windows updates (if some AD d*rk disabled WindowsUpdate @ domain level GPO)
How often to reboot your systems. How often to run defrag, scandisk, etc.

Is there anyone that perhaps has already written a document like that for his/her business that can share
