looking for a *simple* explanation of Windows XP Backup utility

Hi everyone

I'm trying to learn how to use the Windows XP Backup utility (I have the
Home edition).

I'm really frustrated with the "Help file" that Microsoft has provided with
this program. Sure, perhaps it's all "correct", but I can't seem to LEARN
from it !!!

For some reason, my brain just can't relate to the Microsoft Help file
(anybody else experienced this feeling?)

I need a really EASY TO UNDERSTAND tutorial that **explains** what is going
on.

*** PICTURES... yes, I need pictures!! that would be wonderful!! *** ...
something graphical perhaps, something VISUAL... I just can't relate to the
dry verbage that Microsoft has provided; it puts me to sleep.

Does anyone know of something on the Web, or a document you might email me,
that explains Microsoft Backup simply and clearly?

If it's pictorially-oriented, then great; if it's not, and it's anything
better than the Microsoft Help file, that would be great too!
