looking for a program like cnet catch up

im looking for a program to scan and check for updated versions of
programs installed into my comuter They say CNET catchup service is
discontinued

they collect and sell email addreses,who knows who else use those
email addresses,thing
that i dont like

I'm aware of two programs: BigFix and VersionTracker.
