Looking for a good Network Analyzer ...

Hi,


During my work, I frequently see networks that are slow for unknown reasons.
Therefore, I am looking for a Network Analyzer tool that can analyze and
present:
1. Network Name Resolution Order.
2. Name Server Name + IP Address.
3. Name Resolution Response Times.
4. Same as above for Internet.

Point 1-2-3 are most important. Can anyone point me to such tools ?
