I am looking for a freeware program that searches websites for mp3s videos pics
and files and then you can download them easily. Not a p2p program one that
searches websites.

This search engine: http://www.alltheweb.com has an "audio" search tab.

Why don't you want to use p2p? Recording industry making you nervous? Try
getting music from the binaries newsgroups instead. Because such a small
percentage (and dropping) of online users even know that newsgroups exist,
this will be the last thing the RIAA gets around to worrying about. Read

If you want to do a quick newsgroup search right now, to see what is
currently available in the binaries groups, make a song or artist search
here: http://www.bincrawler.com/default.aspx You won't be able to download
the songs from that page- you'll need to get yourself a (free) binaries
newsreader for that, but it will give you an idea of just how much music can
be found in the binaries groups.
