"Look in" Panel

After opening up the "Open" box in an XP application,
there is a "Look in" panel on the left. How do we change
the options from the current "History, My Documents,
Desktop, Favorites, and My Network Places"?

And this XP application that you open that has the Look In panel is?????

It appears in Word, Excel, Internet Explorer when you go
to find / open a file.

It must be in the registry somewhere, just not sure where, cause Office 2003
and autocad 2002/2004 let you add new shortcuts to the My Places Bar(look in
bar). TweakUI for xp will let you choose different choices, but not add your
own.
