Long time to load form

I am having a big problem getting a form to load. The form has about 200
fields over 7 tabs, with NO sub-forms. The data is pulled from a single
query that pulls from multiple tables and queries. I feel that I am pretty
well normalized. The strange thing is that since the form was taking so long
to load I opened Task Manager to see what other processes were running that
could be slowing things down. I noticed that the number under "Mem Usage"
for MSACCESS.EXE runs up over 100,000 K before the form is opened.

Is there a reason for this to get so big and take so long?
