That sort of delay is usually DNS related
- may be the satellite link doesn't have a direct connection to the DNS server look ups, and is spending the time searching for the
DNS for it
If I try to Ping that site at
http://www.rotary7080.guelph.on.ca/ I get a Can not find Host
If you know the numeric IP address try opening the site w/ that in FP
