Logon when opening .mdb file

All of a sudden, users trying to open any Access 2000
database over Terminal Services and Citrix Metaframe are
getting a window that is asking to logon. What may have
caused this?

It's a username and password box and it only appears with users running
access on Terminal Server / Citrix Metaframe and it just started happening
all of a sudden.
 
Sounds as though the default MDW file (System.MDW) may have got changed.
