Logon Trouble

My computer randomly asked me to log in one day, and I obviously
don't know the password. It automatically fills in the User Name field
with my full name, and I have found that if I don't type in a password,
and just press 'Enter' then it begins to log me on, shows me my
desktop, but immediately logs me off again. I don't have the Windows
Recovery disks, is there anything I can do?

You can go to user accounts in control panel and reset
your password. or you can do as I did which is go to
safe mode, F8 key upon restarting computer and enter user
accounts that way. Your password hint may jog your
memory on your original password.
