Logon problem

I have a problem when I forgot my password for the main
login into my computer. This came about because I do
change my password every two weeks. I have disable the
guest account and the Administrator password was created
by a different person(IT specialist) who is no more with
us. I have a lot of important documents that I don't want
to lose them. If there is a way to go about it, please,
feel free to assist me in this direction.
