First log onto another user account with adminrights or if you have no other
user log into the hidden administrator account. Xp home - boot to safe mode.
Xp pro - ctrl alt del twice at the welcome screen.
Once logged into the admin account. Right click my computer, manage, local
user and groups, users, right click your user, properties, uncheck: account
is locked out.
