Logon Failure

Let me preface this cry for help with an I'm an idiot statement

I was messing with my local security settings in Vista Business and
denied local and network logon access to the guest and user groups.
However my account which is a member of the administrator group can no
longer logon and the built in account is disabled.

Does anyone have any ideas how to change the local security policy or
enable the administrator account without access to windows.

Have you tried safe mode (f8 on startup) for the built-in admin?

Yes, all safe mode options still bring up the new login screen which
does not allow the use of disabled accounts

Now you know that users in the Administrators group are also members of
the Users group. If it's any consolation, you're certainly not the first
to get caught by this.

You can try doing a System Restore to a date when things worked. Boot
with the Vista DVD and try from there.
