Logon Error Message

[Windows User]

On initial logon to Windows XP on my workstation, I
get "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has
logged you with the default profile for the system." and
then the dialog box disappears after 30 seconds and I
logon successfully. Any idea how to get rid of the
annoying dialog box and why is it appearing in the first
place? thanks.

Your user profile has become corrupt, that why windows can't log you on and
log you on in the default user profile. Create a new user and delete the
corrupt one. Save any files in my documents first.
