Does anyone know how, using GPO, I can get a message to all users pop up on
the screen when they sign on. For example - We would like all users to know
that this coming weekend the servers will be unavailable for maintenance.
Can VB script be used, if so, anyone have a script and what if WSH is not
installed ont he workstation.

What is the best way to accomplish this?

I would use a logon script, where I would start Internet Explorer process
with a link to a central site, where you post this kind of information. This
way they will get the info during logon process.
