"Logoff Icon" is missing from start menu

Goodday,

Maybe someone out there can help me.

For some reason I seem to have lost the "Logoff Icon"
from my "Start Menu" the only thing I can do is turn off
the computer.

It seems to have started after I uninstall "Watchdog"

It doesn't appear to be the case for the other 4 user
accts on this computer. Even though they have limited
permissions. The user account affected has full
administrator premissions.

Any help you could give me would be appreciated.

You can create a desktop shortcut.
Command line:
shutdown -s -t 5
This will shutdown your computer in five seconds.
