Loging on to outlook express

when i go to retreive my mail and press send and recieve
i get a box appear saying "Plese enter your user name and password for the
following server" i think i am giving it the correct info but it wont let me
in? is there away round
this so that i do not have to enter this info???

There maybe a problem with your Protected Storage System Provider reg key.
