login

I have a user on a windows 2000 machine. She is unable to
login to several programs. But when I log her off and
then I log in as the admin and add her to the users under
the domain and log off as the admin and log her back in
she is able to access the programs. But then each night
she shuts her computer down and I have to do the same
thing all over again. Does any body have any ideas? It
all started when I did the renaming of the computer.

What does these mean and what happens when you try? "login to several
programs" "add her to the users under the domain" Please be specific. Is the
user account somehow locked out? Is the computer account locked out? What
applications?
