Login Script.

I want to configure a security pop up message for users
when they will logon to WIN2k DC.
Is there any other way than Login Script???
How to configure a logon script for all users in Active
directory??? I have more than 1000 users.

I want to user login script for some other purpose like
mapping drives and all. So I am avoiding to use for pop up
message as this message will get changed weekly. I mean
every week we need to publish diffrent security messages.

But you can define more than one script.
Have your main script for drive mappings and the like then assign a second
script , message.bat to run as well.
Its then a very easy job to change the text in message.bat on a weekly or
daily basis

want to know how to configure,,, i mean where i should put
this bat file

The file itself needs to go on a network share that is accessible to all
users.
You then deploy it using the default domain policy. Check the help file for
the exact location in the GPO.
