login script

I run a following login script when my users login
script
net use g: \\esprigps01\users
net use h: \\esprigps01\secured
net use s: \\esprigps01\shared

it take some time from the script start to execute till it
is finish. Is there away to map this drive faster. My
users run all windows xp.I run a gigabit backbone

I would add the /persistent:yes to each line. This way
once the drive is mapped each subsequent time it will see
a drive already connected to that drive letter and
continue on.
