login restrictions

I would like to know if it possible does the following.
I have one single domain and 4 sites, each site has one global catalog and I
want that one user that usually works in site “Chicagoâ€, can’t login in site
“Washington†without administrators permissions, but in same domain.
Sometimes network users travel with their desktops or laptops and connect it
at another sites normally the equipment stays there and the existing
inventories starting mismatch.
Is there any way to do this??

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question but if you are looking for
a way to prevent users from moving equipment and still being able to logon
you could (groan) run dhcp with reserved IP addresses for the mac address.
That way if a user moves equipment w/o your knowledge the equipment won't be
able to connect to the network. If you are notified you can modify the
reservation and then the user will be able to connect.

Thanks for the quick answer, but every months new equipment is bought and it
was unviable because I have to know all Mac address register them in DHCP
server, there are also site permitted computer changes. It was a huge work
maintains this database. I will do it, only if I didn’t find other solution.
Thanks anyway for quick response.

Best regards
