Login remotely in a "local" way

Hi guys!

Let's say I have a number of PCs (all in a workgroup) waiting in the
login dialog. Is there any way I can use another PC to make these PCs
login locally as if someone was there? I know there is a thing called
automatic login, but I'd like to be able to choose the account
everytime.

You would have to use a takeover program such as WinVNC.
