Ran BootVis in effort to isolate prlonged boot time.
It shows "login + service initiation time 176.2 seconds, after which
Noton AV and Norton internet security load and boot finalizes.
Until the final Norton programs load, no applications will open.
Have hopefully attatched the file from Bootvis which graphically shows
this process.
Have seen reference to a log with timestamps - what /where is such a
file? Is this a bootlog.txt equivqlent that is automaticallyt created
at each boot?
