Login failure

I have a new DC installed with a new file server. When I try to access a
shared folder, logged in as a user, I get the following message:
Login failure: the user has not been granted the requested login type for
this computer
As the admin, I can access the share
Both servers are 2003 Server I would appreciate any ideas. The knowledge
base only lists this error as occurring in an NT domain.

check the "Access this computer from the network" or "Deny access to this
computer from the network" in domain controllers security policy.
