Logical Disk Manager not working - after latest fixes

Installed the latest fixes for XP yesterday. When rebooting, Chkdsk was
automatically ran and there where a couple of errors reported one of
them being outllib.dll was corrupt which affects outlook.
Noticed also that Logical Disk Manager no longer works. Get an error
saying something like 'Not Implemented'.
I've scanned my system for viruses and spyware. Why would the upgrades
cause this behavior? How do I restore Disk Manager?

I reinstalled Outlook which took care of the outllib.dll problem but the
Logical Disk Manager still doesn't work
