logic stmt. use in a new workbook w/o refering back to original

i have logic statement in workbook a. want to use same logic in new workbook
but not have it refer back to original workbook -- but use new workbook data?/
 
BillyBob,

Select your cell, press F2 to enter edit mode, select and copy the entire formula, press esc, then
go to the other workbook, select the cell, press F2, and paste (Ctrl-V).
