Logic Formula ( >= +/-10%)

Hi,

I'm trying to come up with a logic forumula that would
provide the following text "% var. >= +/-10%" for cells
that have a percentage greater than or equal to positive
10% or negative 10%. What is the correct formula to
use? I can't seem to get one to work. This is the
forumula I was last using: =IF((L10-H10)>10%,"% var. >=
10%", "OK").
