Logging users off the server when they log off

When some of my users log off at their workstations, their
licence is not released from the server & the next time
they log on they start a new session with a new licence.

As this goes on, the server stops other users logging on
as it runs out of concurrent lincences. In the main, the
specific users are in a remote office connected to the
server with an ISDN line.

Has anyone come accross this and knows of how to resolve
it?

Thanks in anticipation.

Set a policy to force the account logoff at an appropriate
period after they finish, and/or similar to disconnect the
inbound connection after a nominated idle time (say
30mins).
Schedule the License Logging service to restart
periodically.

Buy more licences ;-)

Disable the license logging service, it's not required, and disabled by default in 2003
