Logging off a user on the network

Is there a utility that will log off a user no matter
which computer they are logged into. After a password
change the users account keeps on getting disabled because
they are logged in somewhere else with their old password.

Are you sure that's the reason? Perhaps the user has scheduled tasks
running under his credentials.
