I have a user that can use OWA with his user name and password, however when
he is in the office or at home and uses Outlook (POP3), he keeps on getting
the log on screen. He puts in his name and password however it never
connects.

I have recreated the problem here in the office.
I can go to OWA and log on as him.
when i go into configure him (add him) under my Outlook using his name and
password, the log on screen keeps on popping up.

He is the only user that is having this problem. What could be wrong?

I am using Windows XP SP 2, with Oulook 2003 (11.8010.8036) SP2, and my IE
is 7 beta, the user at home IE is 6, with Outlook Express (i believe).

In case any one is wondering this has been solved. the problem was in the
Exchange database, it was corrupted, we only found out this because the
exchange server would not mount. the IT person had to run eseutil /p and
eseutil /d on 2 files. once that was done, the user was able to access his
email through Outlook client.
