Logging access in remote admin mode

Our servers are managed using TS admin mode and we
would like to log access to a file. By default, does
remote access is logged somewhere in a file on the server ?

No, it isn't. But if you enable auditing of security events, you will
see all logon and logoff events in the Security tab of the EventLog.
You can also enable auditing of a specific file.
