log on to mapi and Outllok

I can't log on to MAPI and Outlook in Adress Manager 3.11 (aplication from
livingbyte). As consequence i don't see and i can't import contacts from
outlook.pst.
I'm using Outlook 2003 with Win XP Pro Sp2 and Rvscom plus.
