log on timed security

I have been told that i can set up security on my
computer for log on example: m-f 9a-5p. But have not
been able to figure out how to do it. I already have
password set up. Do i have to delete that to set up TIMED
log on and log off?? Please advise if anyone could help
it would be GREAT

Nothing builtin that supports timed log off.

You will need 3rd party software for this, e.g. the program
"1st Security Center" should cover your requirement:

The application in the link below is a lot more limited, but it can
e.g. force a logoff/shutdown at a set time or after a time duration
(but it looks like this is computer based and not user based):
