Log on screen

Hi

after two days and several reboots my new PC has started to go to a log on
screen
when I reboot, this happened first at the reboot following a whole bunch of
updates.

How do I stop the log on screen and just gop straight into Windows.
I have XP home.

thanks

Daniel

Daniel,

This will do the trick:

Click Start, click Run, and type control userpasswords2. This is a shortcut
instead of having to click on Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts.
Uncheck the "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer"
check box.
Click Apply.
Enter the user name and password you wish to automatically log on with, and
then click OK.
Click OK again and you're all done

Thanks
