Log On Page

I have recently installed recommended updates and since
then everytime I turn on my computer there is a page with
my name on it and I have to click it in order to log on.
Where's that coming from? Thanks

Hi,

That's the Welcome screen. To get around it, you need to setup an autologon
(my guess is that you installed the .net framework update which creates an
additional user account, this is why the welcome screen is now appearing).

Start/run "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes)

Uncheck the box requiring a username and password, click apply/ok and follow
the prompts to set up a default logon.
