Log on as owner of computer

I am having a problem installing a game program. I get a
message to logon with administrator privileges. I have
contacted the game manufacturer who tell me that the owner
account is overriding the other user accounts even though
they were created as administrator accounts.

I have XP Home Edition installed. Does anyone know how I
can change this setting so that the owner account
(displayed only in safe mode) does not override the other
accounts?
 
Try to login as an Administrator account then...
or the account that you create while installing you XP
home edition..
 
I tried that but the only way that I can access the
original administrator account is by starting in safe
mode. I tried to install when the same results.
