log in

i've done the last update of the msn and i click the user name and the
password and i click to log in and it doesn't loging in pls someone tell me
what im doing wrong! THNX!

Do you get any sort of message when you try? If so, what is it and what also appears when
you click the 'Show details' button?

Finally, do you know what version you upgraded from?

when i click to log in sometimes show me a critical error and tells me to sent the information to microsoft and i pressed not to sent and once i sent information and nothing happend

Do u think if i do a format might solve the problem?

It can be you forgot the password or username or username an
password.
Or the messenger was trouble. Because i usually like that, its hard t
log in.
But if i may know, what is note when you failed to log in?
