Look in the right pane for any value that references this file name. If
found, right click that value and select Delete. If it doesn't exist in the
above keys, highlight the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT key of the Registry, then click
Edit, Find and do a search for the file name. Delete all occurrences that
are found.
