An alert blocks access to XP

Upon start up I get a message advising:
Windows cannot find C:\Windows\wt\DDCMPatch.exe
Make sure the file is typed correctly.

I have to close this message. When I try to Search for
the File, my computer cannot find the file for me to
correct it.

I'm a novice. How do I find and fix this item. I have
looked into a Kodak assist, assuming the wt is Wild
Tangent (Kodak) but no help.

Would appreciate recommendations. Bob

This is what it says:

Problem
The original patch was deployed as an Updater background
update -- a well-proven delivery mechanism. However, the
update stages the patch to run at next reboot, and during
that time a user might log on with different permissions.
We suspect users are getting the RunOnce registry key for
the patch and that the problem is coming somewhere between
downloading the EXE, staging it to the correct location on
their machine, and running it at the next reboot. Each of
these stages could be foiled by insufficient permissions.

Solution
1) Log on as a Power User or Administrator and reboot. If
the EXE had been staged correctly, it will be able to run
at reboot, you will get no message box stating that it
can't find the patch, and this will resolve the situation.
2) Log on as a Power User or Administrator and reboot,
then download and run the support-version of the patch EXE
attached to this answer. This can be done from anywhere on
your machine: Windows\Wt, Program Files\WildTangent, the
Temp directory, the Desktop, etc. After running the patch
manually, reboot. If there is no message box stating that
the patch can't be found, the situation will be resolved.

Hope this helps!
