log for Malicious Software Removal Tool

Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool says it will run
automatically on bootup.

If the Tool finds a problem on bootup will I get a popup message or
do I have to inspect a log somewhere?

There is a permanent logfile mrt.log in \WINDOWS\Debug
