I've noticed that if I undock sidebar gadgets that they will reposition
themselves (either making room for the widget on the top right or for some
other unknown reason). Is there, perhaps, a registry edit that will force
them to not move?

Hello Michael,

Simply place your Curson on desired Gadget Icon, and then move to your
choice of location.

If you are using the Clock Gadget, don't forget to include your name within
the Clock, just makes it a bit neater in appearance...

Yes, that moves it off the sidebar. What I'm looking for is a way to lock
their position after that, or at least prevent them from readjusting their
positions.

I also have the same problem. Each time I restart Windows my gadgets are in a
different order than I specifed. Did you find a solution to lock them in
place?

Whenever i launch a full screen application / boot my computer all my
undocked gadgets find their way back into the center of the screen. If there
is not some way to lock them, then i suggest that this should be added
because it is sort of getting annyoing . =)

Yeah . . . that's not what he's asking . . . I'm having the same problem . .
.. I like the gadgets that I have on my desktop . . . not allowing them to
lock but rearange everytime I run a program does not help . . . I hope
there's an answer soon . . .
