Locking Text Size

Hi there, I would like to know how to lock text sizes in
Frontpage 2002 so one size text can only be displayed in
broswers such as IE, Mozilla, Netscape, etc.

The browser controls text size, so that people who are
visually impaired can change sizes to suit their needs.

It's part of the "accessibility" functions of the browser
