I'm using Ms Access 2003. Is it ok to use msldbusr.dll with 2003?

What exactly does "suspect state" mean? What if some of user names are blank?

Not really. msldbusr.dll comes with the JetUtils package which is
meant for Access 97/Jet 3.5 MDBs.
What exactly does "suspect state" mean?

This is the biggest problem with using msldbusr.dll with Jet 4.0
databases as you see this misleading comment. This always happens
when you view an Jet 4.0 LDB entry when the user has exited the MDB.
Cleanly or not.
What if some of user names are blank?

Not relevant as there can be up to 255 users in an MDB so most of
those entries will be empty.

I'd suggest using the techniques relevant to Access 2000 or newer as
described at
