Locking Excel rows using C#

Hi

I have generated Excel 2007 document programmatically (C#, VSTO), I wanted
to freeze/ lock a few rows (they are basically heading contents), any
suggestion/ sample code?
 
Have you had any luck with this? I'm trying to do the same thing and stuck as
well...
