Locked myself out

Hello,
By error I typed docmd.Quit comand when the file is starting and therefore,
Access is shoting down when starting.
How do I bypass the VB code to remove my mistake?
I appreciate some help.

Open Access, Select the file and click open while holding down the shift
key. That will bypass the starup form and the Autoexec macro (if there is
one).

Hold down the SHIFT key while you are opening the database.
