Locked console

After rebooting a W2K server and leaving it over night
when I try to login as admin I get a message saying
server in locked and can only be unlocked by admin. The
server does have terminal services installed and I can
login remotely. The only way I have found to resolve the
issue is to reboot the box and login as soon as login box
appears. I need to know what caused this and how to
resolve.

When I use Ctrl+Alt+Del enter Administrator and passord
the meesage that comes back says you must be an
administrator to unlock. There is no screen saver.
