I have a Dell Laptop running Windows XP. I have never used a sign on or
password but just recently when I turned on the computer the windows sign on
screen popped up asking for a user name and password but both fields are
grayed out and I can not enter anything into the fields. If I try to
continue without entering a username or password it give me an error message
that the computer is locked by administrator. Can anyone tell me how to
bypass the sign on or how to get the computer to allow me to enter a username
and password.
