Lock tab names for sheets?

Dear Experts, How do I lock the names I have given each
sheet (by naming the tabs along bottom) in a workbook. I
do not want users to be able to change the names because
they will then mess up many formulas in the spreadsheet.

Actually, if a user renames a sheet, all the formulas referring to it will
change to the new name automatically. They'll still work.
