Lock Listviewcolums

There is a way to lock listview columns ?
I have a listview with a column, and i don't want that user change its size
(i want only a vertical scrollbar, not the horizontal !)

Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, there is no easy way to lock
the size of the Column Headers. I've looked into doing it before myself.
