Location of a Locally Cached Profile - Terminal Server

I Know how to move it for each users, it's described in

but This is a difficult task when having a large number of
users.

Is there any way to change the default location for all
the users? at least for the new users?

Not that I know of. The only thing that is possible, although not
recommended and not supported, is to change the location of
"Documents and Settings". This can only be done during an unattended
installation. See
